Phillip Vincent Kemp was born in New Providence and spent his formative years in Eleuthera. After earning an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he began his career in the insurance industry. In 2000, Phillip transitioned to operations management for a company specializing in custom kitchen cabinetry and high-end millwork.  

With over a decade as a licensed Salesperson under the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA), Phillip holds a Bahamas Realtors Institute (BRI) designation and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Recognized as Bahamas Realty's Top Sales Agent in 2017, he brings exceptional expertise and dedication to his role.  

Phillip's construction background, particularly in high-end residential and commercial finishes, gives him a keen eye for identifying investment-worthy properties and advising against poor purchases. He also excels in helping sellers prepare, stage, and decorate their homes for maximum appeal.
