Phillip, a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Bahamas Realtors Institute (BRI) designee, brings more than a decade of licensed experience under the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA). Phillip’s background in electrical engineering, construction, and high-end finishes gives him a unique ability to identify sound investments and guide clients away from costly mistakes. He also works closely with sellers to stage and present homes for maximum market appeal.
Rebecca adds energy and marketing expertise to the team. A University of The Bahamas graduate with a BBA in Marketing, she began her real estate career as an assistant and apprentice before becoming a licensed agent. With a strong foundation in client service, transaction coordination, and marketing, she ensures every client receives personalized guidance. Her entrepreneurial spirit—seen in the launch of her successful business, Maxie’s Jams and Jellies—reflects her creativity, determination, and commitment to excellence.

Outside of real estate, Phillip enjoys traveling, fishing, basketball, golf, and tennis with his wife and two children. Rebecca continues to grow her entrepreneurial pursuits, enjoys reading, and is passionate about contributing to her community.
